We accept exchanges on regular-priced items that come with a 30-day validity period. We accept item(s) returned in their original state and packaging, unused, unaltered and with tags intact. Merchandise sold as promotional sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless due to manufacturer's defect. The cost of delivery will be borne by the buyer. It is strongly advisable to return item(s) via registered mail or courier service. Zeboo will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Returned item(s) must reach Zeboo within 7 business days from the date of email confirmation. Kindly send an email request to hello@zebootoys.com prior to sending the parcel to inform us it has been posted.
Refund
We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product. Please contact us at hello@zebootoys.com. Upon confirmation of a defective product by the principal brand, we will process your exchange or refund within 30 business days of the confirmation. If the item shows signs of normal wear and tear, we will not provide an exchange or refund.
